For whatever reason, many Detroiters prefer to dump their trash on the groud instead of throwing it in a trash can. For such folks, this isn't a problem. For me, this is a massive problem -- especailly since it's likely that it'll be a cold day in the solar corona before such people can be persuaded not to pollute the city. To that I say pollution sucks and pollutors suck!
